August 12, 2025 - Maxton, NC - Raven Advisory, in collaboration with FedData, Bluescape, OMTAC Defense Solutions, and GPOD is proud to announce a strategic partnership to build out the digital broadband secure digital infrastructure supporting the next phase of the Raven DOME; a cutting-edge, real-world, secure broadband, AI enhanced, tactical edge enabled environment for Unmanned Systems (UxS) Research & Development, Testing and Evaluation (RDT&E), training, and mission operations.

 

The Raven DOME (Digital Operations Mobility Environment) operates in an authorized COA to fly small and large UxS. It is a UxS RDT&E corridor encompassing over 1,100 square miles of airspace up to 6,000 feet AGL, and 1,300+ acres of comprehensive training facilities with special use permits for combat training in North Carolina. The DOME offers a unique blend of physical complexity and digital capability, supporting operations such as BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) flight, multi-aircraft control, and sensor-supported networked operations.

 

Through this partnership, infrastructure enhancements will include:

 

• Edge computing, enterprise-scale IT architecture, and overall project management. (FedData)

• Real-time visual collaboration systems (Bluescape)

• Waveform Agnostic Network Infrastructure & Systems Integration (OMTAC Defense Solutions)

• Fully self-contained Command & Control solar powered facility including UxS support (GPOD)

• Flight deconfliction, strategic oversight, operations, and field implementation (Raven Advisory)
